Youth Development Specialist, Air Force USDA/4-H Air Force Partnership
Project
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Coordinate the new Air Force youth fitness initiative. Develop marketing
materials, plan and conduct trainings, create and distribute training materials,
and report program impact and accomplishments.
Provide leadership, support and coordination to Air Force youth development
staff that are establishing and sustaining 4-H clubs and programs for youth of
military families.
Work with CSREES, USDA, 4-H and other youth serving organizations and Air
Force staff to determine needs of youth professionals in the base youth programs
and plan and make arrangements for conferences and training sessions.
Provide support for the Air Force Youth of the Year program and coordinate
Air Force wide Teen Leadership Council program.
