Professor and Extension Specialist 4-H Youth Development
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Provide co-leadership (with Harriett Edwards) for 4-H Youth Development staff development (including paid and unpaid staff), focusing on paid staff development.
Provide faculty leadership to N.C. 4-H teen programming.
Serve as liaison to the N.C.S.U. College of Education regarding the development of a graduate specialization in non-formal youth development.
Conduct scholarly and creative work related to job responsibilities.
Serve as state 4-H liaison to the West District.
