1. Degree of Doneness*

A. Outer part of breast filet (undercooked; done; overcooked)

B. Center (undercooked; done; overcooked)

2. Appearance*

A. Color (too light; moderate; too dark)

B. Burnt (severe; moderate; none)

C. Skin torn (severe; moderate; none)

3. Texture*

A. Chewiness (tough; chewy; tender)

B. Rubbery (much; moderate; none)

C. Juiciness (dry; moist; wet)

4. Taste*

A. Taste of meat (poor; moderate; good)

B. Sauce (weak; moderate; too strong)

C. Flavor (weak; moderate; too strong)

5. Aftertaste*

Strong; moderate; weak

6. Equipment and Utensils

A. Practical

B. Efficient

7. Appearance and Cleanliness

A. Of person (Initially)

B. Equipment (Initially)

8. Starting Fire

A. Was method of lighting safe?
