Rules/Regulations:
Air and environmental safety practices and measures should be used at all times to protect self, and others from any potential safety hazard.
Participants should thoroughly review presentation program areas to determine if their subject matter can be categorized in an existing area.
Subject areas should be related to participants' interest and desire to gain additional knowledge.
Since the rules and regulations for this area is limited, it is recommended that youth discuss their presentation ideal with an expert in the field or areas of interest to gain insights and specifics regarding their topic.
Judging:
Judges will review each presentation and complete a judge's score sheet. The standard presentation score sheet will be used for both divisions.
Judges will ask questions if more information is desired.
Score sheets will be mailed to county 4-H Extension Agents the week following Congress.
