for Online Food Safety Courses

registration instructions and forms for online courses
The preferred method for registration is to fill out the online form located at: http://www.ncsu.edu/acp/ You will need to click on the box for APPLY ONLINE (located in the left hand column). This will allow you to enter all of your information into an online form for accuracy. You will then receive a detailed email after 24 hours with instructions on how to use our online TRACS system for actual course registration. However, if you wish to register with a paper copy by fax or mail, you may print the course registration and NC residency forms above.
