| The way in which homes are built impacts on the likelihood
of termite invasion. During construction, we often create conditions that
are conducive to termites or may allow them to enter the house unseen. There
are a number of steps that can be taken during renovations and new construction
to help reduce the likelihood of termite problems. Here are some examples:
