Areas where there are no gutters may have moisture problems, particularly after heavy rains. Install gutters where they are needed. Check the foundation and siding beneath these areas and make sure that rainwater does not pool near the wall. Water may enter gaps under siding and lead to decay or termite problems to structural wood (such as the sill, band and joists) in the crawlspace.
