The Plant Disease Clinic is a service laboratory for the North Carolina Cooperative Extension Service. The clinic was first organized in 1951, and the insect component was added in 1970. Extension specialists from Plant Pathology, Entomology, Horticulture, Crop Science and Soil Science diagnose problems on the samples received.

Directions: We are located at 1227 Gardner Hall on north campus of North Carolina State University. The best approach is via the visitors entrance. From the 440 beltline take Hillsborough St. toward downtown Raleigh and turn right on Pullen Rd. at the bell tower. Follow Pullen to a roundabout, then take the first right onto Stinson Drive. The visitor's entrance booth is just down the hill. The gate attendant can give you a temporary parking permit and a map of campus. You may also park in the pay area of Dan Allen parking deck and walk to the clinic if your sample is not heavy. We are building #67 on the online map of north campus at: http://www.ncsu.edu/campus_map/north.htm
