NC CES Agents: You can now upload images directly into our database via the web page at: http://pdic.ces.ncsu.edu/produ_envi/
1. Log in using your Unity ID and password.
NOTE: Contact Tom Creswell if you can’t log in to make sure your Unity ID is in our database. It must be there to give you access.
2. Choose "Submit" from the drop down.
3. Fill in the client, crop and insect information (accuracy counts).
4. Whenever you see a "Choose" button click it to look up the crop name or a client name we may already have in our database. If someone's name is not there you will be given a chance to add it from this lookup window. In the off chance that a plant name is not in our list then use “Unknown” and send me an email to let me know.
5. After you have filled in the client/crop/insect information, click "Continue" at the bottom of the page.
6. This will take you to a page you can print for your records and/or to include with an accompanying physical sample you mail to us
7. Click the button at the bottom to upload images.
8. On the next page you can browse to the images on your PC that you want to send (up to 5 JPEG images per sub-sample, 1000 KB max size per image).
9. Click Upload image then repeat the process until you've uploaded all your images.
10. When you are finished click Main Menu to exit and log off, then close your web browser.
