Project Name: Sturgeon Rehab Center
Project Description: Public land, site of Old WWTP, is a valuable commodity to the Town of Jacksonville, which is in need of revitalization. Potential uses for the site, which sits on the edge of Wilson Bay, needed to be explored.

Project Name: Walnut Creek 2000
Project Description: Downtown wetland area which is part of the Neuse River watershed is in need of restoration efforts to address water quality and flooding issues. Neighborhood Community is interested in neighborhood amenities such as a park and greenway trail being part of programmatical planning for the area.

Project Name: Blanchie Carter Discovery Park
Project Description: Southern Pines Elementary school is located in low income area with few amenities. Local citizen efforts have generated money and efforts to have school playground dedicated as play area and public park, but are in need of further funds to address stormwater/ drainage problems.
