Stephanie McDonald

Extension Associate, EFNEP

Stephanie McDonald is responsible for leadership in managing the Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP)—an educational program for limited resource families with children and youth. Her duties include curriculum and program training, observing, and coaching for Nutrition Program Assistants/Associates serving South Central North Carolina counties. She is responsible for working with county teams in support of EFNEP and works closely with the district and county extension directors for recruitment, hiring and evaluation of Nutrition Program Assistants/Associates. Stephanie is a member of the Department of Family & Consumer Science and 4-H Youth Development. She is currently working with the following counties: Bladen, Columbus, Cumberland, Harnett, Robeson, Scotland. Stephanie is based in North Carolina Cooperative Extension’s Lee County Center.
