Dr. Marshall Stewart serves as Department Head for the Department of 4-H Youth Development and Family & Consumer Sciences, Associate Director for North Carolina Cooperative Extension and State Program Leader for 4-H Youth Development and Family & Consumer Sciences. In these roles, he is charged with providing leadership and direction for programs and initiatives directed toward youth and family issues in North Carolina. He is responsible for providing leadership and oversight to 65 faculty and staff and working across the Cooperative Extension system to address issues and trends impacting youth and families. Professionally, Dr. Stewart has focused on public policy and trends youth, education and agriculture as well as leadership and organizational development.
