Leads a dynamic professional team and volunteer board of directors to raise private-sector funds to support the North Carolina 4-H Youth Development Program. Our vision is to become the premier youth development fund in North Carolina by attracting the human and financial resources that will enable 4-H and the young people we serve to realize their dreams. We partner with counties, individuals, corporations, and foundations to raise funds to enhance programs, recognize members, build endowments, and support leadership development for youth and 4-H volunteers.
