Jessica S. Tice

Extension Associate, EFNEP

Jessica Tice is responsible for leadership in managing the Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP)—an educational program for limited resource families with children and youth. Her duties include curriculum and program training, observing, and coaching for Nutrition Program Assistants/Associates serving Northeastern North Carolina counties. She is responsible for working with county teams in support of EFNEP and works closely with the district and county extension directors for recruitment, hiring and evaluation of Nutrition Program Assistants/Associates. Jessica is a member of the Department of 4-H Youth Development and Family and Consumer Sciences. She is currently working with the following counties: Beaufort, Martin, Bertie, Washington, Northampton, Hertford, Gates, Pasquotank, Camden, Perquimans, and Chowan. Jessica is based in North Carolina Cooperative Extension’s Chowan County Center.
