Responsibilities

Provide educational materials to poultry growers and integrators in Chatham, Harnett, Lee, Moore, and Randolph counties dealing with integrated pest management, mortality waste, litter management, nutrient management, and environmental issues such as water and air quality. Also plan to work with youth audiences and the general public to increase their understanding of our poultry industry and the benefits it provides to North Carolina agriculture.

Editor of Poultry Newsletter which is dispersed to poultry growers in central North Carolina. Provide articles to other county newsletters as requested.
