Are you or do you know a youth between the ages of 8-14 that would like to go to camp this summer? If so, then 4-H has the opportunity for you! This year, Chatham County 4-H will be camping at Betsy -Jeff Penn 4-H Educational Center near Reidsville, NC.
The dates for the camp are Sunday, July 24-Friday, July 29, 2005. The cost for this camp is $295.00 with a $100 non-refundable deposit due at time of registration. The price covers ALL expenses, including transportation, camp fee, food, craft materials, insurance, t-shirt and $10 camp store money!
While at the camp, youth will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities including swimming, environmental education, canoeing, ropes courses, archery, horseback riding and crafts. The deadline for signing up is February 1 or as long as camp space is available. Betsy-Jeff Penn 4-H Educational Center is accredited by the American Camping Association.
