How to get off this list!

I realize that you have been trained not to reply to any email you wish you hadn’t received. But I can assure you that there is a human being at the other end of this one. I have recently received second-hand complaints regarding unwanted email coming from me. It does me no good to be annoying you and I would prefer to remove you from the list than to keep on annoying you.

If you don’t want to reply to the email, you can use phone, fax, postal service, or personal visit. Addresses and numbers are included just a few lines down - OK, all the way at the bottom.

The only way I know to get you off this list is for me to know the email address that you would like removed.

So, friends, colleagues, administrators who have tired of receiving this material but didn’t want to tell me – now is a good time. I will probably be receiving thousands requests and won’t have time to notice where they come from. It’s a good time to clean up.
