The Youth Incentives Program was developed to encourage students to improve their performance in a behavior or academic area identified jointly by the student, teacher, and principal. Students sign a Performance Goal Contract based on the need of the student. It is important that goals are realistic, attainable, and should offer some challenge but not be “impossible” to achieve.
