Chatham County 4-H Incentive Program
2005-2006 Calendar for Chatham County Schools

Students may participate during the first three nine week periods.Incentives will be provided for the first, second and third nine-week periods only. Incentives will be either pizza for lunch or sausage biscuits for breakfast.

Your school may sign up for this program by completing the information below and email to the 4-H office. After we receive your registration, you will be provided with the necessary forms to complete the program.
