As the year's wheel turns to spring, the Rocky River Festival marks it's ninth year. The festival is a time of fun and discovery focusing on the Rocky River as a living, tangible, nature force that has been a part of the community since before its beginning. One hundred and twelve third grade students and 57 volunteers (72 volunteer hours) from four schools experienced the river this year.
