Welcome to Creating Business Opportunities (CBO) Site.
Creating Business Opportunities (CBO) mission is to develop a core group of individuals throughout North Carolina who are working together on business development across sectors of opportunity and serve as a business resource to address questions on how to evaluate a business idea and identify new markets.
The business resources were developed as part of the business training are available on CD by contacting Gary Bullen@ncsu.edu. The business resources cover the preliminary evaluation of a new idea, developing a business plan, and evaluating a new business profitability and researching new markets.
As part of the CBO training, participants were organized into 11 teams. These teams have developed marketing plans for local businesses and conducted additional business development workshops.
