Squirrels

Trapping or shooting are the best options for squirrels. Live trap with Havahart or Tomahawk traps. Prebait with walnuts, peanuts or even fresh meat for several days with the doors secured open. The start catching them. Release at least 10 miles away. You have to be persistent in urban areas since squirrels readily migrate to new areas. Squirrels are covered by North Carolina Law for Wildlife Killed for Depredations.
