Use heavy woven wire or electric fencing to exclude bears. Use
proper sanitation and solid waste management techniques. Never
feed or approach bears. Learn safe behavior and follow safety
precautions when around bears. The information from Nebraska

Law for Wildlife Killed for Depredations.
