Note: Unlinked trees haven't been done. No completion date is anticipated.

Note: You must find out how long the tree has been transplanted. Problems affecting trees transplanted during the last 12 months and problems affecting several different types of trees may not key out correctly. See note below. If planted more than 12 months, choose the species of tree. These are the most common trees. Other trees are not available at this time.
