All state officers and standing committee chairs should contact the district officers and committee chairs and request an update on their plan of work.

Mid-Year Executive Board Meeting
District Presidents, State VPs and Standing Committee chairs are to give an update on their plan of work. No written report is needed.

July 1
All state officers and standing committee chairs should contact the district officers a nd committee chairs and request a year end report on their plan of work. This report should be e-mailed to state officers and committee chairs.

August 1
District Presidents, State Vice Presidents and State Standing committee chairs submit an email copy of their annual report to the State Vice President for Public Affairs and to web master for posting to the web prior to the state meeting.

Annual Meeting
All reports will be posted to the web page prior to the meeting. District Presidents, State Vice Presidents and State Standing committee chairs are asked to review and print a copy of the annual reports. Limited numbers will be available for distribution at the state meeting. Treasurer's reports will be distributed at the state meeting.

September 30
Plan of Work for the coming year are to be submitted to the State Vice President for Public Affairs and to the web master for posting to the Association's web site.
