DATES TO REMEMBER

July 1	All state officers and standing committee chairs should contact the district officers and committee chairs and request a year end report on their plan of work. This report should be e-mailed to state officers and committee chairs.
August 1	District Presidents, State Vice Presidents and State Standing committee chairs are to submit an email copy of their annual report to State Vice President for Public Affairs and web master for posting to the web prior to the state meeting.

September 30	Plans of Work for the coming year are to be submitted to the State Vice President for Public Affairs and web master for posting to the Association's web site.
December 1	Membership dues deadline to State Treasurer
TBA	Federation Forum Delegates: 10 representatives to include: 7 District Presidents, State Advisor, 1 other State Officer, and 1 member at large. State President and State President Elect also attend as members of the Federation Board of Directors.
