North Carolina MembershipThe Association is committed to the active involvement of all it's members regardless of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, disability, veteran status or sexual preference. Any North Carolina Cooperative Extension employee holding a professional appointment who has a minimum of a bachelor's degree and who works in any capacity with Family and Consumer Sciences programming in counties, area, and/or state is eligible for membership and may become an active member of the Association on payment of annual dues. National Association Life membership and State Life membership are available and are described in the Association's Bylaws in ARTICLE II - MEMBERSHIP. I believe it is my responsibility to give the best of my ability and develop my self to be an effective educator.
