The Forum for Family and Consumer Issues

FFCI is a quarterly e-journal that publishes peer-reviewed, research-based articles of interest to a wide variety of readers inside and outside of Extension. Additionally, articles focus on the practical implications and applications of topics determined to be of critical national importance, including those addressed by the National Initiatives. The e-journal includes feature articles, incisive editorials, critical analyses of concepts and trends, and reviews of educational materials, and showcases best practices and model programs. FFCI's on-line format is particularly well-suited for dissemination of free, high-quality, educational information to large numbers of people across geographical boundaries creating an opportunity for impact beyond the profession. FFCI also exemplifies the high standards of the Tempe Principles, which were set forth by the Association of American Universities and the Association of Research Libraries.
