President Peggie Lewis welcomed the members to the Winter Professional meeting
and called the general business session to order.
The first act of business was to take a straw poll vote to determine if the Winter Professional meeting should be reduced to a one day meeting as opposed to the scheduled two day planned meeting as a result of inclement weather. Based on the votes, the meeting would conclude at the end of the day.
Peggie thanked the North Central District for hosting the Winter Professional meeting and for making the necessary adaptations due to the adverse conditions caused by the inclement weather.
The minutes were approved as corrected and the membership was reminded that the minutes were posted on the web.
