Open to: Paid NCAE4-HA and NAE4-HA members who (1) have 3 years of membership with NCCES by 1st day of National Conference; (2) have never attended an NAE4-HA Conference (excluding the 1993 NC hosted). One (1) or two (2) scholarships of $250 for a maximum of $500 are available; payment will be reimbursed to members (early-bird registration is strongly encouraged). Location of the meeting will be considered in determining the amount of the scholarship. All scholarship recipients will be asked to make a presentation to new members as a means of encouraging attendance at National meetings. The Professional Development Committee will also select 2-3 alternates. Please limit comments to space provided on this one page. Submit NCAE4-HA workshop or poster proposal with this application.

First - Members who have never attended a national meeting and are presenting
Second – Members who have never attended a national meeting
Third - Members who have attended a national meeting and are presenting in the
year application is being made
Fourth - Members who have attended a national meeting and are not presenting
