and have actively been involved in our Association. The Association
serves as a "support group" for many of us. I truly believe
that participation in our Association helps to keep Agents engaged,
enlightened, and energized to continue working in the youth development
field. I would like to continue to serve my fellow youth development
colleagues in this leadership role. I also look forward to working with
our new State 4-H Leader in addressing some of our issues and concerns.
I hope to help NCAE4-HA keep evolving and growing as we move into the
future.
