Overview:
This module discusses how you can eat keep yourself well nourished during emergency situations.
Learning Objectives:
Participants will show knowledge change by demonstrating one of the following as a result of participating in this module:

Identifying the types of food to keep in the cupboard for emergencies. |
| Session 2: |
Identifying ways to determine how much food is needed and how long food can be stored for emergencies. |
| Session 3: |
Identifying ways to prepare safe meals when the electricity is not working. |
| Session 4: |
Identifying ways to keep enough water to drink and to use in meal preparation and cleanup. |
| Session 5: |
Developing a personal plan (ways) to ensure having food and water during an emergency. |
Participants will show behavior change by demonstrating one of the following as a result of participating in this module:
- How they have set aside the types of food needed for emergencies.
- How they have stored water for emergencies.
- How they have developed a plan for having adequate resources in emergencies.
