Crops, Horticulture and Soil Science Field Trips

Summer 2007 presents a unique opportunity to visit Puerto Rico and explore their agronomic, horticultural, soil science offerings. This field trips marks what I hope will be a yearly adventure for all ages to different parts of North Carolina discovering crops, horticulture and soils across the state. Every four years, I would like to be able to take teenage youth on international visits to experience a global perspective in agriculture and natural resources.

Note: The Puerto Rico Trip is filled. Be on the lookout for exciting field trips in Summer 2008.
