- You do not have to be a member of 4-H to participate in most of these programs.
- Children 5-7 years old MUST be accompanied by an adult (with the exception of Cloverbud Camp).
- Child must be the appropriate age by the date of activity.
- Children under 8 years old MUST bring their booster seat if transportation is provided by Swain County 4-H
How Do I Register for Summer Programs?
Register in person
May 21-25, 2012
8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. each day.
Registration cannot be mailed in.
Fill out Necessary Forms
- 4-H Enrollment Form (if you are not already a 4-H member)
- Medical Release (Informed Consent section MUST be notarized, bring completed)
- Media Release
- Code of Conduct
Forms and payment are due when you register for classes. You may pick up these required forms at the Extension Office or download them from the web at: http://www.nc4h.org/procedures_and_guidelines/index.html
If you sign up for an activity and later find out you cannot attend, please let the Extension Office know prior to the event, so we can contact someone on the waiting list.
Deposits will ONLY be refunded if class is canceled by Swain County 4-H.
